We partner with a professional print-on-demand fulfillment team to make and ship your merch. Most items are made to order, then shipped directly to you.
Order processing & production times

Production (made to order): typically 2–5 business days from the time your order is placed.

During peak seasons (holidays, big sales), production may take a little longer.

Business days are Mon–Fri, excluding carrier and US holidays.
You’ll receive an email when your order is confirmed, and another with tracking when it ships.
Shipping methods & timelines

U.S. shipping: usually 2–5 business days once dispatched.

Canada: usually 5–10 business days once dispatched.

International: varies by destination—often 7–21 business days once dispatched.

Remote/rural addresses and carrier backlogs can add time. All timelines are estimates.
Carriers we use (varies by destination and package): USPS, UPS, FedEx, DHL, or local partners.
Rates & free shipping

Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on destination, items, and carrier options.

If we run free-shipping promos or thresholds (e.g., “Free US shipping $75+”), they will be clearly shown in the cart/checkout.
Split shipments
To get your order to you faster, items in a single order may ship separately from different facilities. You’ll receive separate tracking emails when this happens.
Address accuracy & changes

Please enter a complete, accurate address (apartment/suite, gate codes, etc.).

If you spot an error, email us immediately. We’ll try to correct it before production/shipping, but once an order is in production or has shipped, changes might not be possible.
Tracking & delivery

Tracking updates can take 24–48 hours to appear after you receive the ship notice.

If your tracking shows “Delivered” but you can’t find the package, check with household members/neighbors, your building office, and look for carrier photos/notes. Then email us—we’ll help you investigate.
Customs, duties & taxes (international)
International orders may incur import duties, taxes, or fees upon delivery, which are set by your country. These charges are the recipient’s responsibility. We cannot estimate or control them.
Delivery issues & returns to sender

Wrong/insufficient address, unclaimed packages: If a package can’t be delivered or is unclaimed, it is typically returned to our fulfillment facility.

When we’re notified of a return-to-sender, we’ll email you. We can reship to a corrected address within 30 days (additional shipping charges apply).

Where do returns go?
Please contact us first—do not mail anything back without authorization.
Recommended (what we use by default)
Authorized returns are sent to the fulfillment facility that produced your order. We’ll email you the correct location with your approval and an RMA number. This ensures your package goes to the right facility and can be processed quickly.
Quick help checklist
- Didn’t get your confirmation email? Check spam and add support@hazardcountymusic.com to your contacts.
- Tracking says delivered but no package? Check neighbors/building office and delivery photos; then email us.
- Need to change your address? Email us ASAP—we’ll help if the order hasn’t shipped.
