Our commitment

We want everyone—fans, clients, and partners—to be able to browse our site, book the band, and buy merch with ease. We’re working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA conformance and continually improving usability for people using assistive technologies.

Measures we take

  • Use semantic HTML and consistent heading structure

  • Provide text alternatives for images and controls

  • Maintain sufficient color contrast and readable text sizes

  • Ensure forms are labeled and keyboard accessible

  • Avoid keyboard “traps” and provide clear focus states

  • Test new pages/components for accessibility issues

Conformance status

Our goal is WCAG 2.2 Level AA. Parts of the site are fully conformant; others are partially conformant as we continue improvements (see “Planned improvements” below).

Feedback & support

If you experience a barrier or need content in a different format, contact us:

Please include the page URL and a brief description of the issue. We typically respond within 2 business days and resolve prioritized issues as quickly as possible.

Compatibility

We aim to support the two most recent versions of: Chrome, Safari, Firefox, and Edge on desktop and mobile; iOS and Android built-in browsers. The site should work with screen readers (e.g., VoiceOver, TalkBack, NVDA, JAWS) when used with supported browsers.

Technical specs

Accessibility relies on HTML, WAI-ARIA, CSS, and JavaScript. Certain features (e.g., video embeds, pop-ups) require JavaScript to be enabled.

Third-party content & services

Some features involve third parties. We choose vendors with accessibility in mind, but their platforms have their own policies:

  • Merch fulfillment & size guides: integrated via our print partner

  • Checkout & payments: WooCommerce + WooPayments/PayPal/Apple Pay/Google Pay

  • Email signup: Mailchimp

  • Embedded media: YouTube/Instagram/TikTok (if present)

If any third-party element creates a barrier, tell us and we’ll provide an alternative path (e.g., direct purchase link, PDF menu, or email invoice).

Planned improvements (roadmap)

  • Audit color contrast and revise palette where needed

  • Add/verify alt text on all media and product images

  • Improve keyboard order and visible focus for all interactive elements

  • Provide captions/transcripts for key videos and audio clips

  • Add “Skip to main content” and landmark roles on all templates

  • Re-test with automated tools and manual checks each quarter

Assessment approach

We perform periodic checks using a mix of tools (e.g., Lighthouse, axe/WAVE) and manual keyboard/screen-reader testing.
